FAQ's

We have a no refund policy for services rendered, gift cards or pre-purchased services.  Products may be returned unopened and within 30 days of purchase for a store credit. 

  • A valid credit card is required for ALL bookings.
  • Cancellations can be made 24 hours before the appointment time.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a cancelation fee and no shows will be charged 100% of the service.
  • We love children, but this is your time to relax and we don’t have the capacity to accommodate extra guests in the studio. 
  • Clients under 18 will require parental consent so please stay for the consultation and please collect your teen after their appointment. 
  • We cannot be held responsible for the safety of your child. 
  • Clients are responsible for their own belongings in the studio.
  • All consent forms must be filled out and signed before each treatment.
  • If you do not wish to have your photo taken please inform your esthetician verbally and also on the consent form.
  • Please notify your esthetician verbally and on the consultation form if you are taking any oral or topical retinols or if you have any medical issues such as autoimmune diseases, diabetes or if you are pregnant etc. as this will impact the products and services that can be done on your skin.  
  • We will not be held responsible for adverse reactions due to the client withholding this information from us. We want you to be thrilled with the results targeted services  we offer here, so your cooperation is expected.  Your records are confidential and we respect your privacy.
