What is Brow Lamination?

With eyebrow lamination, you set the hairs in place with a chemical solution to correct the shape of the eyebrows. First, a cream is applied to break down bonds in the eyebrow hairs so they can be manipulated into a new position. After the first step, a second cream is applied to rebuild these bonds and set the eyebrows in their new uniform position.

The process of brow lamination can change the direction of growth of unruly, flat, or downward growing hairs, creating a more uniform appearance with a higher arch and a more desirable brow shape. A brow lamination usually lasts 4 to 6 weeks, but with proper care, it can last up to 8 weeks.

How long does a Brow Lamination take?

The brow laminating procedure can take anywhere from 3 to 12 minutes. However, other hair removal and tinting methods are also used as part of the treatment. In the HD Brows treatment, brow lamination should take about 55 minutes.
